RTSP Describe timeout

RTSP Describe timeout

Hi guys,
Where (and if) i can find a parameter that telling to VLC client to wait for RTSP replies?
If after the describe the answer comes in around 1 minute, VLC has despaired (justifably).

The timeout is hardcoded?
