add custom option in the audio equalizer effect

As the audio equalizer has many effects like FLAT, TEMPO so my request is to add another effect named CUSTOM so that once we have adjusted custom settings of audio equalizer it will remain the same when we select CUSTOM effect of audio equalizer so that the player will return to the custom settings of audio equalizer whenever we select CUSTOM effect of audio equalizer and add another feature for moving files in the playlist items from upwards to downwards/ or downwards to upwards.
