Multimonitor fullscreen

I've just updated from 8.6 to 9.8 and the functionality of fullscreen seems to have changed.
In 8.6 when I went fullscreen it did so on the monitor the original window was on, now it always goes to monitor 1, how do I fix that?

Same problem here. Very annoying.

It seems to default to primary display every time.
Starting new video play also displays to primary even if
last (fullscreen or not) was on secondary.

i think i have the correct thread.
i also just update to 9.8 on my previous version when i played a clip i could advance the clip at the bottom of the page by moving the bar.
on this latest version there is no bar to alow me to advance the clip/movie.
is it possible on the new version to do this?
