Desktop Capture / Screen Capture with Audio / Microphone ?

Hi

I tried to capture the desktop with audio and it seems to not be working:

someone got it working or is it simply not working?

can it be that vlc has problems with the external device properties ? like vlc tries to capture CD player instead of microphone / stereo mix which i chose.

I am really not sure that VLC can do that....

AFAIK nobody has got screen+directshow capture to work at the same time.
