Thanks for quick reply.
I did once more attemption with URL
rtmp://www2.k-tv.at/live/ktv
and followed to your recommendations.
By VLC 0.9.6 after clicking "Play" I was waiting 3 minutes
and got crash of VLC.
Then I Used VLC 0.9.2. After clicking "Play" I again was waiting 3 minutes and in the end got video (with some distortions) and sound. After this I pressed "Stop"

In Flash player I see this URL after 1-2 sec
According to messages, this stream seems as flv with codec VP6.2, not h264.
What is problem? have I any chance to correct it?
