I'm a little confused about what is going on.
Will there be a 0.9.3 released for Windows?
The nightly builds have a 0.9.4 Does this mean the windows release has skipped 0.9.3?
If so, is this a problem?
The nightly builds have had a 10.0.0 for some time. How does this fit in? Is it a splinter group of programmers or is it early work on the next major revision?

AFAIK there is and will not be an official 0.9.3 release for Windows, presumably due to lack of Windows devs for testing/bug fixing etc. VLC 0.9.4 may be released officially for Windows, however try e.g. the nightly builds out for the newer post-0.9.2 features etc. in the meantime.
