Cannot stream out multiple streams from a compiled exe

Hi experts,

I have no problem using vlc-0.8.6h Janus executable (downloaded from VLC website) to stream out one video source to multiple destinations. However if I compile the source and run the compiled executable, I cannot perform this operation. Any one knows what did I miss during configuration before make? I used the configure script from VLC's how-to-compile-using-CYGWIN-on-Windows.
