Cant't comile JVLC under winXP

Hallo,
after sucsessfull cross compiling under winXP with cygwin I tried to make the JVLC in the java binding folder with mvn install.
following happens and maven stop:

Okay so I'm a nub... But whats wrong with just downloading the precompiled jvlc.jar file?

hi cam,

it isn't wrong to download the existing jvlc. jar file. But it dosn't solve the problem.
It is the same question why crosscompile under cygwin, I can download it too.

Cut a long story short, after a long reading in this forum I found out what it is.
The parameters(plugins-cache,plugin-path)
in the vlcrc file (user.home/Application Data/vlc/)must be changed.
After the editing of this parameters mvn install stoped with this massage:

Hi,
the error you get is non-sense with the lastest libvlc. Try to reset the plugins cache with --reset-plugins-cache.

Hi folks..
I am using a precompiled jvlc on winXP..
Now my application is running smooth..
But when I create 'jar' for my application it gives following error while running from command promt..
