rstp bug with 08.6.i

I found a bug between 08.6.i and 08.6.f
With f version I am able to read a rtsp stream, with i version, vlc crash after 12 second.
Here is the msg:

I have tryed with "vlc-0.9.0-test3-20080730-0233-win32.exe"

it's not working at all.
here is the error msg.

Does it help if you adjust rtsp-caching?
for example
vlc --rtsp-caching=200
