auto-adjust-pts-delay and use-stream-immediate support???

Dear VLC Team Developer
Are the ":auto-adjust-pts-delay" and ":use-stream-immediate" support on 0.9.0 ActiveX???
I don't feel any difference if i apply the options or not?
How can i know those options take effect already??
