Why are there no new nighties?

Every once in a while the VLC team seems to stop the nightly builds without any explanation, is there a reason for this?

The Mac OS X nightly builds haven't been updated in 4 weeks, I was just wondering if there is any news on the status of the development?

Because things break in the nightlies and until they are fixed it might not be able to be compiled without errors.

A nightie is basically a nightgown. So reason why there are no new nighties is that maybe they are out of fashion.

Anyway as for the nightly builds, they will come when someone sort out the problem with the compilation. Those guys are doing the stuffs in their free time so I am patient for those guys who are so generous to done their free time to the project.

Thank you guys. I'm waiting for the nightly builds eagerly.

Look at the buildbot. It will answer to why those don't work.
