Problem !! Saved video from capture device will not play..

Problem !! I Saved a video from capture device and it will not play in any media player but vlc.

The file did not have an extension but opened anyways in vlc and i have tryed adding extensions. My problem is i need to burn this to a dvd..

It's an mpg video but encoded with mpga codec. And everyconverter/editing program opens it as audio only.


That is the media info from VLC.

which flat do you selcet？xp or linux?

From your reply it sounds like the video plays fine in VLC... why not just transcode it to another, more widely supported format and put that on the DVD?
