VLC VOD & PDA RTSP Client

Hi all
I use VLC as a VOD streaming server with the following VLM commands:
new test vod
setup test input D:\sample_300kbit.mp4
setup test enabled
I playing the stream by VLC palyer or Quicktime works perfectly:
rtsp://VOD_SERVER_IP/test
But it doesn't work if i use my HTC PDA's RTSP player with the same url.

Does somebody know the problem?
Is client's problem or I should do the transcoding in VLC?
