ActiveX and subtitle display

Postby donniewiko » 06 Mar 2008 11:55

I have created a page based on the code i found on this thread. Everything works great except the subtitles.

i have tried alot but nothing seems to work.

when i test the site locally (ie. localhost//vlc.php) and use the mrl to point out to C:\movies\movie.avi the subtitle c:\movies\movie.srt displays correct.
If i test the site interactive (video.site.com) and use the mrl to point to movies/movie.avi the subtitle movies/movie.srt doesnt show.

If i usr the hotkey (k) to see and/or set the subtitle it says locally: activate - deactivate. but interactive, it simply says no subtitle.

i am using vlc version 0.8.6e

I have browsed/searched both this forum, and the wiki for any update. but nothing came up that would provide the solution.
