Redswoosh HTTP p2p support

Postby redqc » 06 Dec 2007 07:34

hi, everyone i have embeded the vlc activeX control onto html. but i have a massive problem. i use redswoosh p2p file hosting service and the problem is VLC doesnt understand this http format to stream from

basicly vlc is src to here http://upload.redswoosh.net/dl/afdgdf35 ... xample.wmv -- > this gets redirected to address below and reads from a local host stream. im suprized vlc got this problem

this is where the actual download starts and pushs data through the redswoosh client. i would like to note that internet explorer is able to download and opera. im able to stream Video Via Divx Web Player via redswoosh p2p. but i really want vlc.

http://127.0.0.1:9421/@c=1&d=n@/http:// ... -2005.divx

please vlc dev make vlc understand how to handle p2p local host stream
