new Video Wall option/parameter

It will be very usefull if you can add 2 more parameters to the video wall or image wall filter in the advanced options:

1.) a list by comma separated with the startup position of each element(window) of the video wall

2.) fullscreen parameter of each element.

OR the display device name (like "\\.\DISPLAY2,\\.\DISPLAY3") where each elements will be display automatically in fullscreen mode.

And of course if you can make this parameters suitable from command line...
