Reading/Extracting timestamp from MPEG-4 header

Postby cashum » 05 Nov 2007 22:00

Has any one used VLC to extract custom header information from a MPEG-4 stream? I am creating a stream from live555 Media Server that consists of MPEG-4 I-Frames. I would like to be able to extract the timestamp which is embeded in the header - ultimately through the VLC ActiveX control, so that I have access to it in Javascript.
