Entire vid screen is green!!(not just a green line)

Postby nathanhillinbl » 23 Oct 2007 03:25

Image This is what i get when i try to play a video file under ubuntu gutsy and vlc. After booting, it will play video files flawlessly, but then all of the sudden change to something like that. If i close that particular video and open a new one, its just green. Same with streaming media.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

What do i put there?
Go to Settings > Preferences. Enable "Advanced options".

Go to Video > Output Modules. Select another video driver from the "Video output module" dropdown menu.

Return to “VLC media player for Linux and friends Troubleshooting”
