Need some kind of KeyDown-event

Hello ,
I try to program a player who plays single *.vob files. At the moment there are only two bugs to fix.

1. I want to jump a exact number of seconds in the file by click the return-key in fullscreen mode.
But I dont really know the right event to do that.

VLCPlugin1.Position = VLCPlugin1.Position + 45 / VLCPlugin1.Length

2. That will cause problems when playing *.vob files because the VLCPlugin1.Length doesent return the right length of the file.
Is there any way to fix that?
