Playing DVD from HDD seems to be damaged in current build

Postby WeberAndre » 24 Jul 2004 22:15

Hi,

I downloaded me a nightly build today of VLC to get the
new shortcuts for switching the audio language - but this
version seems to have problems playing DVD's
from HDD - I use the following commandline to start

vlc.exe dvd://s:\DVDS\terminator3@0:1 vlc:quit

in the original 0.7.2 vlc launched and started playback
currentbuild only show the controls and then closes
vlc - instead of starting playback.

How can I save the debug output of vlc
to a file - if I use the parameter --vvv -> may
it be interesting for you?
(I am useing windows and vlc.exe .... > test.log doesn't
work - of cause you are not useing stdout for your
log ...)

with best

regards

A. Weber
