error message

Postby risingsunset04 » 07 Apr 2007 05:27

I just installed and got this message "Error while loading DLL 'unicows.dll'! The application will terminate now.

What does this mean? How do I fix it so I can run the program?

You seem to be missing file used for unicode characters. Since that file comes normally with Windows I assume that you are using some older Windows version which does not include it.

Unicode is supported in XP but wasn't supported in Windows 9x - Me.

If you are truly using XP I can only assume some portion is not functioning properly. If you are using 9x - Me you will need to go to Microsoft.

Windows 95 - Me Unicode support

When you install the files, they belong in the C:\Windows\System folder.
