Wanting to embed 'snapshot' into an embedded html page

I'm unicasting successfully using Windows Media Encoder x64 bit and have embedded the Microsoft Player into a web page, but would dearly love to have the 'snapshot' option which is programmed into the VLC player

Could anyone please advise me on how I might do this; perhaps by placing some sort of a button on the web page or ideally, using a 'hot key'
