Minor configuration bug in V0.8.6 RC1

This may not be exclusive to the Windows version but that's all I can test on. In Preferences, Interface -> Main -> Skins, "Enable transparency effects" appears twice, one checked and one unchecked.

in fact it was another option, with the wrong help text: skinned-playlist

that has been corrected
