I need one html page in Internet Explorer with VLC plugin that take the video/audio stream what come from LAN in 228.1.1.1:1234 multicast address.

I read the article of VLC about VLC activex plugin but I not good understand the computer codes.
Can show me the code for cut and paste in one new html document.
