Improved Window Handling

VLC has some odd behavior with windows...

1. When the always on top mode is selected and then the player is set to fullscreen, an empty badge box remains on top of the fullscreen video that has to minimized.

2. When going from 1 file to the next in full screen mode, the badge box can pop up sometimes overlaying the fullscreen video.

3. When I have VLC set at a certain size on the screen, I want it to stay at that size. Going to the next video file resizes the window for no good reason.

4. I like to have the default crop set at 16:10 for my monitor. However this is only needed for fullscreen mode. Can there be an option to ignore the default crop setting for windowed video?
