Hey!
As VideoLAN streaming server supports v4l api on linux, would it be possible to use Videolan server for streaming webcam streams to an external webchat/webcam/messenger app?
video should be about 15 - 64 kbps and mpeg 4,
audio 12 kbps ogg vorbis.
The only problem'd be implementing the vlc player to the chat app.. hmmm
Any ideas? is this going to be impossible?
