Skins not resizing to fit video resolution

I've been using the blissta and dark skins with VLC 0.85 and WinXP. My problem is that the window won't resize to match the video resolution. Also, the zoom option doesn't do anything. I have "resize to fit resolution" on in preferences and my download/install aren't corrupt. Any ideas?

This is simply because the skin itself is not resizable But i think @$im (the author of the skin) has started working on it...
