Transparency in new VLC skin interface

Transparency in new VLC skin interface

Postby Goon » 06 May 2004 16:27

I've tested VLC 0.7.2-test2 which works quite well. The new interface is superb but transparency when I move windows is very slow. I guess I could be able to do a skin without these effects. Could someone give me a link to the doumentation of the Skins 2? Thanks.

The documentation is being written, and is not yet available.
As a temporary workaround, you can disable transparency in the preferences of the skins2 module (or modify the skin so that Theme.alpha and Theme.movealpha both are 255).

I think i will disable the transparency by default for the release.
