0.8.5 problem with .mkv subtitles

Postby cybbe » 04 Aug 2006 21:44

Hello,
I noticed when I'm reading a .mkv video files, and when I show the subtitles of it, and there many of them, VLC 0.8.5 simply crash.

I tried the same file with WMP, it's fine. I even noticed that the subtitle have a different color and different horizontal position (when 2 characters talk together for example), and not on VLC. Instead of that I have 2 differents subtitles are the same horizontal position(superposition), and it's of course unreadable :)

*Bump*

Because I have the same problem, and was wondering about VLC loading internal fonts, and about the font positions.
