I had a problem about modules while running vlc on an AiX (i still have the problem
). A solution was to run the configure with --enable-mostly-builtin options. Most of the modules work now.However some critical (for me) modules don't load (like streaming modules) and I need them. I'm wondering if I could change the Makefile(s) or something else in order to builtin all the modules I need.
I'm aware I probably don't understand the concept of a builtin module and maybe my request is really laughable ^_^. But I ask it anyway
