Hello, I want customizing vlc application, i want make new aplication base vlc with own interface . how i get info about this. ?, Thk
I think he wants to make a new application (Program) that uses VLC's libraries.
On VLC's main page http://videolan.org there is a developers section that should get you started on your project, but I would suggest reading and understanding the licensing agreement first.

about my question,
i want build vlc aplication with new interface, like modif language,modif user interface, and other.
Could I use new compiler, like visual basic or delphi.
I Have read about link develop, but i still confuse, how to learn.is there example simple program , to learn. For exemple, program to stream video to client ?
