overlay with 4 instances of VLC

Postby uli_soehnel » 01 Jun 2006 14:38

Is it possible to run 4 x VLC and all of them with overlay mode? The first instance starts in overlay mode, 2-4 in nonoverlay mode.

Is it generally not possible for more than 1 instance to share overlay mode, or do i have to set some settings?

I would tend to believe this has more to do with the capabilities of your video card than the functions of VLC. I do on occasion run two instances of VLC and the overlay is automatically selected.
