I use VLC for transcoding and recording MP4 (mp4a+aac) files from a DVB-T source. Those files are good and can be viewed with any player, including QuickTime Player. I recently recorded some hours resulting in a 1.26Gb MP4 file. Only VLC can play it, while QuickTime doesn't.
Is there any known limit for MP4 files, or is this a known QuickTime issue?
Thank you,
Alessandro.
