IP camera stream publishing on website

Postby DeepRoots » 22 Mar 2006 16:42

If I have a IP camera and I want to publish it on a website (for the public), can the VideoLan Server receive the stream from this IP camera and then make the stream available for use on the website without causing multiple connections to the camera itself?

I don't know exactly how this would work, but can the webserver and videolan server be on the same machine?
