5.1 sound

hm i have a problem:
i have a 5.1 sound system, but vlc only uses 2 of them.
can anyone help me with this problem

well if the stream only has 2 channels, then you may need to emulate them with a seperate program. if it is a 5.1 soundtrack, then try checking the use SPDIF if availible(if you use SPDIF) or switching audio devices in the audio menu.

How about LFE? I have the same problem except I can hear from LFE too.
