cygwin compiling: extras/contrib files

This is just to inform that the location of vc71-glib-1.2.10-bin.zip and libIDL-0.6.3-win32-bin.zip have changed from their location that is specified for the bootstrap of /extras/contrib

the new locations are
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/m ... 10-bin.zip
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/m ... 32-bin.zip

I'm not sure where in the /extras/contrib the urls for files are specified for download via wget/curl, but if you are trying to compile and need to boostrap these, you can download them manually, stick them in the /extras/contrib/src directory, and it will still work.
