Revolutionary ffmpeg fork updated for windows 7 32 bits (and for windows 11)with additional libraries/dependencies

Hi, tonight I try to use the Cat catch extension with an external parser : N_m3u8DL-RE because following my request, the developer generously compiled for me a special version compatible with my windows 7 os 32 bits but I get an error message: ffmpeg must be installed on my computer....

I search on github, there is ffmpeg stable for windows 7 os 32 bits but it dates from 2023, and I search again and I find an exceptional ffmpeg stable updated for windows 7 os 32 bits with additional libraries/dependencies !!


So tonight I discover there is rare stable version ffmpeg last update december 2024 and regularly updated for windows 7 os 32 bits and even for modern os windows 11 and we hope please that VLC will integrate this super powerful ffmpeg fork, because maybe this revolutionary ffmpeg fork for windows 7 os and also for windows 11 can help great VLC team to keep support of future VLC4 for windows 7 os 32 bit !

because apparently, official ffmpeg seems not to be fully compatible or seems not to have a full version of ffmpeg for windows 7 os 32 bits, thanks! :
