Changing the language in the settings doesn't change the language in Windows context menu

Changing the language in the settings doesn't change the language in Windows context menu
How would I go about fixing this? Changing the language works just fine inside the program, but the mouse 2 click context menu in Windows still shows up in the old language. I'm using Windows 10, if that has any bearing on the matter.
