Vietnamese Translation Reclaim

Dear admin,

I create this topic with sole objective to regain the translation of VLC for Vietnamese.

As I have obtained and aware that translator is Mr. Phan Anh. I am that guy but unfortunately, throughout time, I have lost the access to that account email which I have registered.

I would like to have a re-connection for this translation again. My email (which was used to register for this forum) is also the email which I would like to continue this project (in case to be included in the mailing list).
