VLC - Unable to open a Youtube network stream

Hi,
I am on a PC with Windows 11 64bits. I installed VLC Multimedia 3.0.21.

Problem: unable to open a Youtube network stream, I have an error message:
"unable to open URL« https://rr3---sn-4g5lznek...".

But before with Windows 10 64bits, I opened the YouTube network stream without problem to record a video.
the Youtube.luac file is the one installed with the latest version of VLC.

YouTube is not supported with Lua as of last site updates. It might work with YT-DLP. See also other recent threads.

Thanks for your reply. If I understand correctly the VLC command "Open Network Stream" is no longer usable.
I am new to the forum, I will search for discussions on this topic.

Open Network streams still works as before, to open actual network streams. What does not work is opening web pages.
