VLC freezing when video ends

So, this is my setup:
Windows 11
Ryzen 9 5900x
RTX 3080 OC
32gb ram

I had an issue with the computer and had to reinstall windows, and after installing VLC now the issue started

I play a video, and it does not matter if it is long or short, whenever the video ends and the other starts, the image from the previous video is stuck and the audio of the new video is running, and it does not matter if I restart it, it just will continue to show the previous video last frame

It happens no matter what, I have installed an older version, I have run it as an admin, did the sfc scannow, and there is no corruption, I tested the native windows media player and it does not happen in that one, but I still prefer VLC

Any recommendation?

We need the full log, from the very beginning to the very end. Please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback, keep the messages window open during the whole process and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com or on Justpaste.it if it's too long.
