Converting WEBM Videos to MP4 - Only audio is converting

Hi all. I'm hoping you can help.
When converting WEBM videos (screen recordings with audio commentary) to MP4 (H.264 + MP3) the new file is audio only.
On Convert, I am using the same source and destination folder but changing the title.
Type - File
Settings - Convert:
Display the output - Checked
Deinterlace - Unchecked
Profile - Video-H.264+MP3 (MP4) - No changes to profile setting made
Dump raw input - Unchecked

I have also reset the preferences and cache files to see if that would help.

Can anyone please help by suggesting anything I may be doing wrong or a setting I may have missed please?

Try with a nightly build:

Or use a dedicated video tool such as AviDemux:
