[Feauture request] reload the smb network share directory

I would be very happy, if I finish a film, and I want to reload the smb network share directory list, I can do this by swapping down (as usually all refresh request implemented on iPad/Android)
Currently, I have to go in directory list until I can select again the given smb network share, and reconnect to see the fresh contents

Yes, VLC3 doesn't support reloading directories which is an arbitrary limitation of the API. This is fixed for version 4 and will come.
