Supersampling not working Nvidia rtx 4070 super

Hi acquired a Nvidia rtx 4070 super gpu the other day. and downloaded the 3.0.20 however when i play 720 hd movies it doesn't do the super sampling. I had to download the 3.0.19 special super sampling version to et it to work. I can tell its working or not by observing the gpu performance using win11 performance monitor.. and of course the quality of the video doesn't change when it its not working. Maybe someone can tell me how to get some logs out of each version to upload so the devs can take a look at the problem?

Yes, AFAIK the only (experimental) build which supports Super Resolution is this one:

Maybe someone can tell me how to get some logs out of each version to upload so the devs can take a look at the problem?
