"Unknown Metadata OBU type 6" in VLC 3.0.20, but not in 3.0.18

After some recent upgrade, VLC can no longer play some videos in my favorite list. It gives the following error, "Unknown Metadata OBU type 6", and then a black video screen throughout the playback. However, audio is played normally.

To go in deeper, I have tested both VLC 3.0.20 and 3.0.18 on both arm64 and x86_64 Linux. Both give rise to the same result that 3.0.20 cannot play this video (https://file.io/t8C15bX4rMhB ), but 3.0.18 can play. So the higher version VLC has retrograded.
