I've been using VLC for Android for a while. Recently I update to V3.5.4 and I'm no longer able to reliably access SMB shares. I can log in, but when its listing the folders it locks up. I uninstalled V3.5.4 and found V3.3.4 akp file and installed it. Worked perfectly. However, the next day, VLC wasn't working and I noticed that its running 3.5.4. Again I uninstalled it and installed from 3.3.4 akp. Again it worked, only to be replaced by 3.5.4 by the next day.
Any idea how I can prevent it from updating to 3.5.4?

Just like any other app "lock/pinning" on your Android VersionAny idea how I can prevent it from updating to 3.5.4?
If you want your problem to be solved :* First read troubleshooting guide VSG:Main
* Always provide verbose LOGS ! (command line or from gui)
* Always check your issue against a developer build from Nightly Build of VLC
* Tell us when your problem is solved !
