Is LibVLC for Hololens2 available?

I am coding an app for Microsoft Hololens 2 and need LibVLC for Microsoft Hololens 2. For the cpu of Hololens2 is arm64, I cann't find libVLC.
Is the libVLC for Microsoft Hololens 2 is available? Or someone have it? if not How can I compile the libVLC for Hololens2 from scatch on?

you will need to build yourself probably. LibVLC 4 since libvlc 3 has no out of the box support for it (though it would be possible with a bit of work). See how the VLC CI builds it for guidance.
