Make using bookmarks easy in Android TV UI

Adding and using bookmarks in Android TV UI needs to be easier to use. There are way to many button presses to make a bookmark. My suggestion use inspiration from decades old tech.

I have red/green/yellow/blue buttons on my Android TV remote a reminder from the days when teletext service used them. It would be useful if vlc could assign these buttons to set; clear last bookmark; jump previous; jump to next bookmark. Bookmark indicators would apear on main time index bar (visible when down arow is pressed). This would be just like functions found in decades old PVRs like the ones I have!

If your remote does not have these buttons you could have bookmarks via numeric buttons on remote hold to set ta to usee.. If no numeric buttons give vlc a way to map other unused remote buttons.

(My numeric remote keypad does nothing during play back, so another alternative also from old tech is for remote numeric key pad to jump forward x% time du ring playback. Eg Num 1 is jump10% time mark .. Num 9 is jump to 90% time mark of current media).
