Streaming a file via icecast through VLC repeatedly...

When it ends, vlc closes. When I restart vlc, it reports that it has crashed. I've got a single file that I want to stream continuously. I'm using 3.0.18 Vetinari in Window 10 Pro 64 Bit. I'm using icecast properly as it does stream, but when the stream ends (or if I set to stream more than one video), only the first video streams once. This is really annoying. I'm using Apache on my home system. I know I can't support many connections, but I don't get many. I'd like to be able to stream this video all the time. I'm not advertising, or trying to make any money. I've got VLC set up to repeat.
