Can't load functions from library on x64

When i use platform win x32 in Delphi RadStudio 10.4 and exsample https://wiki.videolan.org/Using_libvlc_with_Delphi all is working. When i change target platform to win x64 (vlc MP x64 is installed) functions from the library are not loaded [img]C:\Users\AiraKobra45\Pictures\VLC ERROR.png[/img]. So programm don't playing video. What am I doing wrong?
